What do you need?

• A tablet, computer, laptop or smartphone, with camera and microphone.
• Sometimes you can be heard better with headphones or earplugs.
• A good Internet connection.
• You must show who you are. You can do this by showing your identification.

How does it work?

You will receive an email when you have made the image calling appointment. The email states:

• On what day and at what time you have the appointment.
• Which staff member you have the appointment with.
• A test button that allows you to test the picture and sound.
• A start button to start the video call.

We do not record the conversation.
