Payment of benefits

At the end of each month, we calculate how much your benefit will be for that month. We pay your benefit around the 15th of the following month. This means that your benefit for March, for example, will be credited to your account around April 15. The money will be paid into the bank account you have specified.

You will receive a payment statement for your first payment and if the amount of your payment changes.

Vacation pay

In addition to your benefits, you are entitled to vacation pay. We set aside the vacation pay each month and pay it to you in June or within three months after your benefits end.

Annual statement

If you have received a taxed benefit from us, you will receive two copies of your annual statement. You will need the copy for your income tax return, housing benefit, student finance, etc. We process the annual statements in February.

Special assistance is usually not taxed. Only special assistance that supplements income (supplementary assistance for young people) is taxed and therefore counts as income. General benefits are taxed, unless they are provided in the form of a cash loan or advance payment.

If you have only received untaxed assistance, you will not receive an annual statement.
