In Heerlen, the municipality organizes the fairs. As an operator, you can apply for a booth at a 2027 Heerlen fair until Wednesday, January 13, 2027, at 1:00 p.m.

Please use the registration ticket for your registration. Send us an email to request the ticket. This can be done annually until the second Wednesday in January before 1 p.m. Also send along a current photo of the attraction. Do you have more than one attraction? Fill out a separate form for each attraction.

Costs

In Heerlen, we lease places by bid.

Description

Fairs 2027:

Heerlen:

  • Spring: Friday, May 28, through Wednesday, June 2, 2027
  • Fall: Friday, October 8, through Wednesday, October 13, 2027

Hoensbroek:

  • Spring: Saturday, June 5, through Tuesday, June 8, 2027
  • Fall: Saturday, October 16, through Tuesday, October 19, 2027

Term

The registration deadline for the fairs closes the second Wednesday in January at 1 p.m. The Municipality of Heerlen will make a decision within 24 days of the expiration of the registration deadline. 

Objections and appeals

In the municipality of Heerlen, you cannot object.

Requirements

The Requirements for organizing a fair are:

  • You must adhere to the maximum number of rides allowed at the fair.
  • You have all the permits needed to organize the fair.
