Registration booth fairgrounds

In Heerlen, the municipality organizes the fairs. As an operator, you could register for a stand space at a Heerlen fairground until January 8, 2025 at 1 p.m. Registration for 2025 is now no longer possible.

Approach

Please use the registration ticket for your registration. Send us an email to request the ticket. This can be done annually until the second Wednesday in January before 1 p.m. Along with a current photo of the attraction. Do you have more than one attraction? Fill out a separate form for each attraction.

Cost

In Heerlen, we lease places by bid.

Description

Fairgrounds 2025:

Heerlen:

Spring: June 20 to June 25. This carnival will not take place.
Autumn: Oct. 10 to Oct. 15

Hoensbroek:

Spring: June 28 to July 1
Fall: Oct. 18 to Oct. 21

Term

The registration deadline for the fairs closes the second Wednesday in January at 1 p.m. The Municipality of Heerlen will make a decision within 24 days of the expiration of the registration deadline.
