Registration booth fairgrounds

In Heerlen, the municipality organizes the fairs. As an operator, you can register each year for a booth space at a Heerlen fairgrounds until mid-January. 

Approach

To register, use the registration form. You will send this form to the municipality by the second Wednesday in January. Enclose a current photo of the attraction. Fill out a separate form for each attraction.

Cost

In Heerlen, we lease places by bid.

Description

Fairgrounds 2024: 

Heerlen:

  • Autumn: October 11 to 16

Hoensbroek: 

  • Fall: Saturday, Oct. 19 through Tuesday, Oct. 22.

Term

The registration deadline for the 2024 fairs closed on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 1 p.m. The Municipality of Heerlen will make a decision within 24 days of the expiration of the registration period. 

Objection and appeal

In the municipality of Heerlen, you cannot object.
