Avantis
Avantis business park is a business park right on the border of the Netherlands (Heerlen) and Germany (Aachen).
Avantis houses technological companies in logistics and manufacturing. A number of companies are actually located on the border! Among the companies located at Avantis are DHL, Arion and DocMorris.
Trilandis
Trilandis is located in the southeast of the city in close proximity to the Dutch-German border, next to Avantis business park. Its location, directly on the A76 and N281, provides an excellent connection to Germany, Belgium and France. Trilandis' focus is primarily on medical technology logistics. Companies, such as Medtronic, CEWA, Abbott Vascular, and Acist are located here.

Autoboulevard
On the Autoboulevard you will find a large clustering of car companies of all well-known brands. Consumers can visit the Autoboulevard not only for new cars, but also for used cars and all other automotive needs. Consumers no longer have to travel criss-cross through Heerlen and the surrounding area in search of another car.
Trompenburg Street
On Trompenburgstraat, a side street of Terhoevenderweg, municipality Heerlen has developed a number of lots for entrepreneurs. These lots are intended for trade, not retail. There is still plenty of space available for entrepreneurs to establish themselves here!

The Chisel
Bedrijventerrein de Beitel, with an area of 132 hectares, is the largest business park in the Parkstad Limburg region.
The Beitel consists mainly of large and medium-sized, supra-regional business activity. The established companies are mainly active in the wholesale, industrial, transport and distribution sectors. International companies such as Kobelco, Mondi Heerlen, Avient and ICL Everris are located here.
Besides international companies, local SMEs such as Giessen Staal, Steinbusch, Oostwegel Special Products etc. are also located there. The excellent accessibility via the A76 and the N281 is one of the core qualities of the business park.
De Koumen and Emma, business parks in Heerlen-North
The Koumen
Business park De Koumen is with 48 hectares the largest business park of the industrial area Heerlen-North. De Koumen is characterized by a composition of companies with heavy industry as well as small-scale craft and trade companies.
Emma business park
The business park is located in the north of municipality Heerlen. The boundary is formed by the Passartweg to the south, the municipal boundary Heerlen-Brunssum to the west and north and the existing Weggebekker business area and green area to the east. The business area is primarily zoned for business purposes and wholesale, not retail.
