Description
The subsidy scheme "Space for Entrepreneurship" applies to different types of enterprises, namely:
- retail
- hospitality
- service
For each company or entrepreneur, the municipality provides a grant of €6,000. With the scheme, we want to strengthen these areas and stimulate entrepreneurship in Heerlen.
You get half of the amount when you open the business. The other part after a certain period of time.
Requirements
You must comply with the following, among other things: Requirements to qualify for a contribution:
- It applies only to the filling of a vacant property.
- Your business premises are located within restricted areas in the center areas Heerlen-Centrum, Hoensbroek-center, Heerlerheide-center or Heerlerbaan-De Bautsch.
- Your business is on the first floor of a building.
- You must submit a substantiated business plan with the application.
