Every Dutch citizen 18 years and older with the right to vote is entitled to vote. Help decide what happens in our country and in your neighborhood. Read all about identify, how to vote blank or authorize someone else to vote for you. It's all about your vote!Ready to vote?
Want to make your voice heard? Good plan! Voting is important. It's how you help decide who gets influence. Here is what you need to know before you go to the polling station.

Date and time
You can vote on Oct. 29 between 7:30 a.m. and 9 p.m.

What do you take?
Your voting card and a valid ID (passport, Map or driver's license, max. 5 years expired).
Voting aids
Who will you vote for? To make that choice easier, there are voting aids. A voting aid shows which issues are important in the elections and what the political parties think about them. For the House of Representatives, this is the Electoral Compass. The voting aid is usually ready a few weeks before the elections.
Polling stations
Where can you go to vote? You can do so in all polling stations. Some stations are also accessible for people with reduced mobility or disabilities. You will find out where the polling stations are on the websites a few weeks before the elections:
