7 certificates for 'Special Heerlen residents'
On Friday 31 January we put 6 Special Heerlenaren in the spotlight. One of the Special Heerlenaren was already put in the spotlight on 17 January. We see these Special Heerlenaren as ambassadors of the municipality of Heerlen because of their dedication, special achievement or positive activities in the past year. The mayor personally thanked these special residents by surprising them with a bouquet of flowers, an engraved ballpoint pen, the pin 'Special Heerlenaar' and a certificate. They are a source of inspiration and an example for Heerlen in 2025.
