Building plans from before 1990

You will find these in the archives of Historical Center Limburg. This is the center for regional history. For Heerlen this is Rijckheyt.
Through this website you can look up whether building plans are available at the Historical Center Limburg. If so, you can view them in the reading room during opening hours.

Construction drawings from after 1990

Are the building plans from after 1990? If so, please fill out the municipality's contact form. You can get the building plan digitally by e- mail. This may also be at a mail address of someone else (for example, your children/neighbors or friends).

No own mail address:
Please make an appointment at the municipality. You can view the construction drawing at the municipality on a screen digitally.

Conditions for viewing building plans and construction drawings are:

  • Of existing structures, you can always view plans and drawings.
  • Of new structures, you can view the plans and drawings after the municipality announces the application for the new structure.
