An urban development plan states how the municipality wants to design an area. The plan consists of drawings, photographs and a description of the future layout of the area. The area may be one that is already built on or one where the municipality still wants to build.

In the urban plan you will see:

• Where greenery, water, parking lots or playgrounds will be located
• The type of development (e.g., high-rise, low-rise, social housing or freehold)
• the function of a building (for example, offices or stores)

You cannot view the city plans until municipality agrees to make the plans public.
