Help with care questions (Buurtteams )

Heeft u vragen over opvoeden, werkloosheid, daginvulling, relatieproblemen, psychische problemen, schulden, eenzaamheid, zelfstandig (blijven) wonen of zorg. Dan kunt u terecht bij Buurtteams Heerlen. De ondersteuning is gratis. 
Vanaf 1 januari 2026 begeleidt Buurtteams Heerlen inwoners ook bij de aanvraag voor dagbesteding met een persoonsgebonden budget. Voor inwoners die nu al ondersteuning krijgen, verandert er voorlopig niets. U blijft ondersteuning krijgen van uw vertrouwde aanbieder en medewerker. Nieuwe aanvragen of veranderingen doorgeven in uw overeenkomsten kunt u doen bij de Buurtteams Heerlen.

Elke werkdag tussen 9.00 en 17.00 bereikbaar op tel: 088-2986395 en buiten kantooruren op tel: 010-2046324. U kunt ook terecht bij het buurtpunt bij u in de buurt.

Crisis

Buurtteams Heerlen is alleen op werkdagen bereikbaar. Bij een crisis kunt u ook buiten werktijden hulp vragen:

  • If you suspect child abuse or domestic violence, you can contact Safe Home, by calling 0800-2000 (free of charge, 24 hours). This can also be done anonymously.
  • In case of sexual violence, please contact the Center for Sexual Violence, by calling 0800-0188 (free, 24h)
  • In life-threatening situations, call the police at telephone number: 112
