The crow not only runs like a thread through the work of Heerlen artist Dazetwo but also through Heerlen's street art scene; for years now, you have encountered a "winged" sculpture on almost every corner in the city center. In a new exhibition, Dazetwo provides a unique insight into the creation of the crow.
The exhibition opens with the premiere of the documentary about Dazetwo's city trip to Barcelona. It then delves into his work of the past 25 years in search of the common thread. As part of the Year of Heerlen's Heritage, it also focuses on the work of as many as four generations of artists, with works dating from before 1942 to 2025.
