Events grant
The municipality Heerlen sometimes provides grants to organize public events.
Approach
Need to Apply:
- Plan of action or program of the event.
- Letter explaining the event.
- A good budget with costs and coverage for the event.
- On the first application, the organization's bylaws.
You apply for the grant 12 weeks before the start of the event at municipality. Submit your application on time. Even if the program is not yet fully developed. You may supplement your application with information later.
Description
The municipality can give grants to an organization that wants to host an event. We have a fixed amount available each year for this purpose.

The municipality will make a decision within 12 weeks.
