Municipal Information Points

You can contact the municipal information points at the IDO (Digital Government Information Point) if you have any questions about the municipality of Heerlen. They will help you with digital applications and searching for information.

The information points are located in the Schunck libraries in the four districts. Anyone can drop in without an appointment for help with finding information or assistance with products from the municipality of Heerlen.
