At the municipal information points at the IDO (Information Point Digital Government), you can ask questions about the municipality of Heerlen. They help you with digital applications and searching for information.

The information points are located in Schunck libraries in the four districts of the city. Anyone can walk in without an appointment for assistance in finding information or help with products of the municipality of Heerlen.
