Free Energy Saving Coach, Energy Fixer, E-knip and White goods exchange offer

Residents with an income between 130% and 175% of the assistance level can get €100 through the Parkstad Energy Cut app and are entitled to a free energy savings coach. The coach will visit your home and see if you are entitled to the white goods exchange and an energy fixer. We reimburse jobs from the energy fixer up to €300.

Description

Residents with net household income between 130% and 175%: 

Is your income between 130% and 175% of the assistance level? Then you may qualify for the Energy Cut with €100 for small, energy-saving measures and a free energy-saving coach. The coach will visit your home and see if you are entitled to the white goods exchange and an energy fixer. 

Fill out the application form and send it in. The municipality will assess whether you meet the conditions. If so, an energy savings coach will visit your home to see how you can save energy. For example, by sealing gaps, optimizing heating, ventilation and hot water. The energy savings coach will help you apply.

Terms

Conditions for entitlement to the free energy coach and white goods exchange

  • You live independently in the municipality of Heerlen.
    Do you live in a nursing or care facility, assisted or sheltered, are you a lodger or do you have a postal address? Then you are not entitled.
  • You have not yet received a letter with QR code for the Energy Cut App and energy coach.
  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You are not excluded from eligibility for assistance (e.g., detention).
  • You are Dutch or equivalent.
  • You have an income between 130 and 175% of the assistance standard of the municipality of Heerlen.

Term

We will send you a letter within 8 weeks.

Objection and appeal

If you do not agree with our decision you can object. Do so within 6 weeks of getting our decision.
The municipality will process your objection after those 6 weeks. The municipality has 6 weeks for processing.
