Historical walk in and around Palemig

Heerlen has declared 2025 as the year of Heerlen Heritage. The neighborhood council of Palemig is happy to cooperate, and is therefore holding a historical walk through and around Palemig on Saturday, May 3. This 'village' is centuries old and has all kinds of stories and (visible) heritage. It is worthwhile to get to know your surroundings in a different way.
Everyone can participate, despite the slight inclines. All trails are paved. The hike covers about 4 kilometers and takes about 2 hours. Start from 2 p.m.
At the start of the walk there will be coffee and flan. Afterwards there will be drinks for everyone. Participation is free.

Sign up can be done via the QR code at the bottom of this page from Neighborhood Council Palemig, by email to info@wijkraad-palemig.nl (please include your name, address, number of participants and email address) or via the bill delivered to all Palemig residents.
Note: email address is required. The District Council works with separate start times for each group. You will hear your personal departure time by mail before May 3.
