Subsidy for local insulation measures

Do you own a home in Heerlen with a WOZ value of less than €219,000 (2025) or less than €260,000 (2026) and a low energy label (D, E, F, or G)? If so, you may be eligible for a subsidy from the municipality of Heerlen to insulate your home. The WoonWijzerWinkel Limburg will visit you on behalf of the municipality to draw up an energy-saving plan. You will make your home more energy-efficient, save on energy costs, and increase your living comfort.

Approach

Make an appointment online with Insulation Project Parkstad (of the WoonWijzerWinkel) for an energy savings plan and find out what we can do for you.
The municipality will pay the subsidy to you, or - if you choose a construction company offered by the municipality - directly to that company. Apply for the subsidy on time. We have set aside a fixed amount.

Description

The WoonWijzerWinkel Limburg visits all neighborhoods for the municipality to bring this subsidy to your attention. You can receive a subsidy for one or more of the following measures:

  • Cavity wall, floor, floor or roof insulation
  • Attic or attic floor insulation
  • Façade insulation
  • HR++ or HR+++ glass (and frame panels)
  • Insulating doors (only together with new window frames)
  • Energy-efficient ventilation (only if you also insulate)

This grant is part of Heerlen Verduurzaamt.

Requirements

  • You are the owner and occupant of the property
  • Your home has energy label D, E, F or G
  • Your home has a WOZ value of less than €219,000 (2025).
  • Your home has a WOZ value of less than €260,000 (2026).
