Subsidy for making homes in Vrieheide - De Stack more sustainable

Are you the owner of a white house in Vrieheide – De Stack? Then, together with your neighbors who live in the same block, you can receive a subsidy for renovating your block of houses and making it more energy efficient. You will feel more comfortable in your home and together we will improve the appearance of the neighborhood.

Approach

You apply for this subsidy together with your neighbors within the same building block. The municipality pays the subsidy directly to the contractor. We grant the subsidy to building blocks that we have designated to start with.

The subsidy period runs until 2031, so don't wait too long to apply.

Costs

  • Owners who live in the property themselves pay a personal contribution starting at €5,000. The exact amount you pay depends on your income.
  • Private landlords receive a maximum subsidy of €19,000. Any costs above this amount are payable by you.

Description

The grant is for:

  • Assisting, helping and unburdening residents 
  • Supervision during construction work (the goal is to have everything completed within two years)
  • Insulation of roof, facades and overhangs
  • Renewal of the end walls of the block
  • HR++ glass and window frames in the curtain wall

Requirements

  • You own a white house in the Vrieheide - De Stack neighborhood.
  • You work with your neighbors in the same block (building block of 3 to 6 homes)
  • All homes in the block are participating 
  • The home will be upgraded by at least three energy labels, to label B or better. You will participate in the renovation project organized and supervised by the municipality.
  • During the renovation, you will tackle the roof, facades, and overhangs at the same time. Renovation of individual parts is not possible.
  • The work fits in with the municipality's plans for this neighborhood. All homes will be given the same new quality and appearance.
