Subsidy to make homes more sustainable Vrieheide - The Stack

Do you own a white house in Vrieheide - De Stack? If so, you and your neighbors living in the same block can receive subsidies to renovate and make your block of apartments more sustainable. You increase your home comfort and together we improve the appearance of the neighborhood.

Approach

You apply for this subsidy as a group of residents within a building block. The municipality pays the subsidy to the contractor. We give subsidy to building blocks that we have designated as priorities.

Cost

  • Owner-occupiers pay a co-payment starting at €5,000.- This amount depends on the amount of your income.
  • Private landlords get the first €19,000.- Costs above that are at their own expense

Description

The grant is for:

  • Assisting, helping and unburdening residents 
  • Construction supervision/direction during execution
  • Insulation of roof, facades and overhangs
  • Renewal of the end walls of the block
  • HR++ glass and window frames in the curtain wall

Requirements

  • Your property is located in the Vrieheide - De Stack neighborhood
  • You own this property
  • You work with your neighbors in the same block (building block of 3 to 6 homes)
  • All homes on the block participate and perform the same work
  • The home makes a jump of at least 3 energy label steps to label B or better
  • You will participate in the municipality's coordinated renovation process
  • When renovating, we tackle the roof, facades and overhangs at the same time. Renovation of individual parts are not possible.
  • The work complies with the Vrieheide Image and Quality Plan
