The new apartment complex with 14 apartments in the Vossepark residential area in Molenberg is now complete. This is an important step in the development of this green neighborhood. The building has four floors with 12 regular apartments and two penthouses.

The last apartment complex in the Vossepark residential area is now complete. This marks the completion of the entire neighborhood.
Over the past few years, new homes have been built step by step. Vossepark has now become a green and peaceful neighborhood. There are various types of homes:
- 102 houses with private gardens
- 3 apartment complexes with 12, 14, and 18 apartments
From old flats to a new neighborhood
The area has a long history. Until 1993, the Vossekuil flats stood here. These old flats have been demolished. After that, the redevelopment of the area began.
In the past, there were large, tall buildings here. Now it is a green neighborhood with smaller, high-quality buildings. This has given the area a new significance for Heerlen.
