Do you own your own business and have money problems? We may be able to help you. You don't always have to go out of business if you are in debt. Sometimes help from an expert who looks at your financial situation with you is sufficient. This may include a viability study of your business. Help is also possible if you live in Heerlen, but are a (former) entrepreneur in another municipality.

Get help in time
We often see entrepreneurs searching for a long time and, out of their passion, drive, pride and great sense of responsibility, often wait (too) long before seeking help. This is a missed opportunity. Especially if there is a viable business. At such a time, a sparring partner can help you look at the financial situation.
Personally liable?
If you have an incorporated business (for example, a B.V.), you are not liable with your private assets for business debts. This is not the case if you have a sole proprietorship (ZZP), VOF or partnership. You are then liable for the business debts.
