Students organize event in Hoensbroek-Centrum
The municipality of Heerlen and Vista College have jointly launched the Events project. The students of Vista College who are following the event organization course are carrying out this project. This spring they are organizing an event in Hoensbroek-Centrum for the youth.
For the training, the school and the students regularly look for internships and practical experiences. The collaboration with the municipality makes it possible for students to participate in all components that are necessary for the organization of an event. For example, it concerns devising and describing a plan, coordination, applying for permits, safety, transportation and promotion.

We are very curious about the ideas the students come up with!”.
