Do you have a house for sale in Heerlen with a WOZ value lower than € 219.000,- and a low energy label (D, E, F or G)? Then you can get a subsidy for insulating your home. You make your house more energy efficient, you save on energy costs and you increase your living comfort.

Make an appointment by phone for an energy savings plan and find out what we can do for you.
The municipality will pay the subsidy to you, or - if you choose a construction company offered by the municipality - directly to that company. Apply for the subsidy on time. We have set aside a fixed amount.

Description

We are visiting all neighborhoods to bring this subsidy to your attention. You can receive a subsidy for one or more of the following measures:

  • Cavity wall, floor, floor or roof insulation
  • Attic or attic floor insulation
  • Façade insulation
  • HR++ or HR+++ glass (and frame panels)
  • Insulating doors (only together with new window frames)
  • Energy-efficient ventilation (only if you also insulate)

Requirements

  • You are the owner and occupant of the property
  • Your home has energy label D, E, F or G
  • Your property has a WOZ value under € 219,000.
