Grant for innovative ideas Kansrijk launched

Does your organization, company, association or foundation have an innovative idea for cooperation to increase a promising start for children in Heerlen? Then you can apply for a grant within the program Kansrijk van Start. This program focuses on collaborations between medical and social organizations, with the aim of promoting a conscious and healthy pregnancy and supporting strong, safe parenthood in the first two years of a child's life. Together we make a difference for a promising start for every Sjpruut!

  • Fill out the form and mail it back with the attachments.

Description

Many organizations play a role in a child's birth and early years. To give children a good start, we want to strengthen the cooperation between these organizations. Do you have a good idea to realize this? Then submit an application! In 2025 there is € 90,000 of subsidy available. You can apply for a maximum of € 15,000 per project. We treat applications in order of receipt, so be there on time!

Requirements

  • Application can only be made by an association, organization, company or foundation
  • The activity or collaboration is innovative and in Heerlen
  • You can apply for a maximum of €15,000 per idea
  • The grant amount may cover 100% of the cost of the described activity.
  • When applying, submit a project plan that includes purpose, content, location and budget.
  • The applicant justifies the use of the initiative within three months of its completion. After that, the grant is final.

Term

You can apply until the grant ceiling is reached and no later than Aug. 18, 2025. The municipality reviews applications at 4 points in time:

  • Feb. 15
  • April 15
  • June 15
  • September 15

Objection and appeal

You can object to the decision on your application. Do this within 6 weeks. If you then disagree with the decision on the objection, you can appeal to the court.
