Breakdancers from all over the world come to Heerlen to show their super cool moves. Originally it took place in Rotterdam, but it moved to Heerlen in 2008. During the largest and oldest urban dance festival in the Netherlands, watching is one option and participating is the other.
Heerlen-Centrum will be transformed into one big dance stage from 15 to 17 August. You will see the most breathtaking dance performances all over the city. During the 2025 edition, IBE will pay attention to the origins and development of breakdance and hip-hop culture in Heerlen in various ways.
