Residential pitch application

The municipality considers whether you can rent or buy a caravan site. People from the caravan culture have priority.
You need an environmental permit to set up a caravan site.

PIM-South is the central point of contact for trailer residents. This is the place to go for questions, comments, information or other trailer issues, such as:

• problems between residents or neighbors
• problems with the landlord
• refer to authorities
• technical malfunctions or complaints from living quarters

To express your interest in a free rental pitch, you must respond by the deadline.
You will need:

• A valid form of identification. 
• A positive tenant statement from the landlord with whom you last had a lease.
• An income statement. For example, pay stubs or an annual statement from your employer or proof of benefits.
• Your relationship by blood or affinity in relation to the vacant caravan site.

For a sales pitch: 

• You have enough cash to finance the purchase.
• Send a written request to the College of Mayor and Aldermen.

You will receive the decision on a housing site within 8 weeks. 

You cannot appeal or object to the decision on assignment of a caravan site.
