Do you live abroad and receive an error message when applying for a DigiD because your details are incorrect? We will amend the Non-Residents Register (RNI) if, after investigation, this proves necessary.

- Pleasecall first to makean appointment. You cannot visit without an appointment.
- Please bring valid identification with you.
- A minor who is 16 years of age or older may submit changes on their own. A parent or legal guardian may also do so.
- Are you under 16 years of age? Please also bring a certified international copy of your birth certificate. You and at least one parent must be present at the appointment with your own travel document.
- We update the data based on our research.
