Requirements

 
  • You are listed in the Non-Residents Register (RNI).
  • You have valid proof of identity: a passport or ID card stating your nationality. A residence permit or E-document cannot be used for this purpose.
  • Sometimes we ask for additional information.
  • Een minderjarige van 16 jaar of ouder mag zelf aanpassingen doorgeven. De ouder/wettelijk verzorger mag het ook doen. Kinderen t/m 15 jaar moeten altijd een geboorteakte (niet ouder dan 3 jaar) en geldige legitimatie meenemen voor het aanpassen van gegevens. Ze moeten zelf meekomen naar de afspraak.
