Excerpt from the Non-Residents Register (RNI)
An extract from the RNI shows that you are registered in the Non-Residents Register. The extract contains your name, date of birth, place of birth, and address.
Other information may also be included.
Approach
Do you have an appointment at the reception desk? Bring along:
- Your valid ID: a passport or ID card showing your nationality. A residence permit or E-document cannot be used for this purpose.
Are you requesting a copy for someone else? Then please also bring:
- Your valid ID.
- A written authorization with signature or a scan of that authorization with signature. Call the municipality and we will send or email you the authorization form.
- A copy of the valid ID of the person for whom you are applying.
Children up to 15 years of age - Always bring a birth certificate (not older than 3 years) and valid proof of identity for the child and parent.
- Children must accompany you to the appointment.
