Are you planning to work professionally from your home? Check with the municipality to see if this is allowed.
Approach
First check in the environmental plan whether you may start your business at your chosen location. Does the professional or business activity not fit within the rules of the environmental plan? Submit a request to the municipality to grant an exemption from the rules. Through the Omgevingsloket you can request "acting contrary to spatial planning rules". The municipality will then test your request against the general policy rule for professional and business activities in the residential area.
Is this not successful? The staff of the Entrepreneurs' House will look with you at the possibilities to apply for an environmental permit. They will also see what other steps you need to take.
