Signs for elections

The council places election banners with pre-printed campaign posters at 10 high visibility locations around town. We do this about 2 weeks before the election date. We hang posters here for the political parties participating in the election.

Approach

The posters must be submitted to us digitally (in PS or PDF file). The size of the poster is 50 x 75 cm . Please send the file to: verkiezingen@heerlen.nl.

Cost

We hang the posters for free.

Description

It is not permitted to use these banners for trade advertising. 

The signs are at the following locations:

  • Akerstraat-North/Demstraat
  • Roebroekweg/Heerenweg (crucifix parkway)
  • Palemigerboord (Green strip near Auto Parkstad)
  • Corner of Valkenburgerweg-Euterpelaan
  • Heerenweg/Brederostraat (parkway)
  • John F. Kennedylaan/Frankenlaan (t.o. gas station)
  • Terhoevenderweg/Fossielenerf (near viaduct)
  • Parallelweg/Landvoogdstraat (t.o. children's city)
  • Juliana-Bernhardlaan (near castle)
  • Koumenweg/Heerlerweg
