Watching votes being counted
After the ballot boxes close, members of the polling station will begin counting the votes. You may come and watch this. The counting of votes is public. Journalists may also be present.

Not hindering or counting
You may not interfere with the counting process. Only members of the polling station and counters appointed by the municipality count the votes. Therefore, you may not count or help yourself. The chairman of the polling station ensures that the counting proceeds properly.
Reporting Errors
Do you think something is not going right during the count? Then report this to the chairperson of the polling station. The chairman notes this in the report of the polling station. This report is called the official record.
Taking photos or videos
You may take notes, photos and videos for your own use. But you may not distribute images that show polling officials or other people recognizable unless they give permission.
After counting, the polling station prepares the minutes. You may take a photo of it as soon as it is signed. You may not photograph the signatures of the polling officials.
