  • A deposit for a temporary key or pass for the access posts costs €65. This amount will be returned to you when you return the key or pass.
  • An exemption if you need one for access to the area costs €18.50 
  • A new key or pass if the temporary one is lost or damaged costs €65.

Description

Examples of locked areas include park Heerlerheide, Hoensbroek and a number of outlying areas.
Heerlen center is connected to the new access system, which works with cameras.

Term

The municipality decides on your application within 8 weeks of receipt. Extension of this deadline may be granted once.

Objection and appeal

You can object to the decision on your application. Do this within 6 weeks. Do you then disagree with the decision on the objection? Then file an appeal with the court.
