This is how you make an application for building land:

  • Go to the Environment Counter.
  • On a Map you can see which land the municipality is selling. You can apply for building land immediately.
  • Log in:
    • for yourself: with DigiD
    • For a company: with eRecognition
  • You submit your building plan to the municipality. A good building plan includes:
    • the address details of the contact person
    • what building land is involved, how big it is and where it is located
    • data about what you want to build there
    • when a business is involved: data on environmental impact, traffic and parking spaces

Depending on the situation, you will also need:

  • a housing permit
  • a business plan
  • an extract from the Chamber of Commerce

Are you buying a property? The municipality may ask about your plans for the property.

If you wish to establish a business on the property, please provide:

  • what kind of business it is
  • what the environmental impact is
  • Where traffic volumes are going to increase (transport movements)
  • what parking options you have
