Buy

  • Buy property and rent it out immediately

In some neighborhoods, you may not just buy a property and rent it out right away. Apply for a permit.

  • Starter loan application

You can then borrow money in addition to your mortgage. Complete the online allocation letter intake form.

  • Requesting cadastral data

The Land Registry keeps records of all buildings and pieces of land in the Netherlands. Check the Land Registry for the owner, property boundary and cables.

  • Buy, rent or use greenfield or leftover land

Is there a piece of municipal land next to your home? You can sometimes buy this land.

  • Property Valuation (WOZ)

Every year the municipality determines the value of immovable property (house, building, plot or land). This is called the WOZ value. BsGW does this for the municipality.

  • Sale of municipal properties and land

The municipality regularly sells real estate such as homes, buildings or social facilities. But it can also sell undeveloped pieces of land or residual strips.
