- your valid ID
- proof that you are the owner or tenant of the property
- possibly the details of the person or persons involved
Description
At municipality , everyone is registered at an address. This can be a residential or letter address. If you are in doubt about whether address information is correct, the municipality should launch an investigation.
Is someone registered at your address even though they do not live with you? If so, ask the municipality for an address search.
The municipality cannot simply deregister a departed resident. Only they can:
- If the departed resident notifies the move themselves or
- if the municipality has investigated and failed to locate a new address
