Visitor parking in permit area

Are you receiving visitors? You can arrange parking for your visitor online. Register your visit via the visitor section of the online parking counter on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Your advantage: you pay by the minute, for as long as your visitor parks and at a reduced rate.

One-time visitor regulations apply at the parking counter

  • Go to the municipality's Parking Counter.
  • Log in with DigiD.
  • Follow the steps.

Top up your parking credit

Before your first use, you must top up your parking credit. You can do this through the menu if you press the three dashes in the top left of the screen and choose 'Top Up'.

Signing in and out of visits

  1. Go to the visitor regulations at the counter .
  2. Log in with your report code and PIN.
  3. Enter the license plate number of your visit and the time your visit is coming.
  4. The system itself fills in a visit duration of 2 hours. You can change this if you wish.
  5. You can also cancel the visit if they leave early. That way you won't pay too much.

The new system is user-friendly for people who are regularly online. Do you have questions? Or do you need help? Then call our customer contact center during office hours: 045 5605040. We will send you a manual.
If you do not have a DigiD or iDeal: Then you can (online) Make an appointment at our public counter. Bring an ID and your BSN number. After filling out a form and checking your identity, we will email you the details to log in and apply. If you have difficulty with digital matters, but you do have a smartphone, DigiD and iDeal, the Service Point at your library can help you with your application.

Rates 2025

€0.40 per visitor per hour.
You can put an amount on your account in advance to pay for this visitor parking.
You can purchase a maximum of 96 parking hours per quarter for the visitor regulations In addition, you can purchase an additional 96 hours for informal care.

At the Eikenderveld trial, visitor parking is free.

Description

In order to visitor regulations You do not need a car or a parking permit to apply. You can purchase a maximum of 96 parking hours per quarter. You can also let multiple visitors park at the same time.

Informal care and empowerment

Do you need informal care? Then you can apply for 96 extra hours per quarter at the counter. These extra hours for volunteer care can be applied for in the same way as visitor parking. For volunteer care you get double the number of hours of visitor parking. For this you need the proof WMO volunteer care. You may authorize someone to arrange this for you.

Scratch cards

You may still use the scratch cards. You will not get a refund on the scratch cards that are left over. Do not buy more scratch cards than you need.

All information and Requirements are included in the Parking Tax Regulation , in the Designation Decree paid and permit parking and in the Parking Regulations .

Term

Visitor parking starts immediately after you sign in. The minute you sign out your visit, visitor parking stops.
The system chooses two-hour parking when you sign in. You can adjust this yourself. If the visit leaves earlier, you can sign out the visit through the online counter.

In Eikenderveld, visitor parking is free during the trial. If the visit stays longer than two hours of free parking, please register the visit again.
