Visitor parking in permit areas

Are you expecting visitors? You can arrange parking for your visitors online. Register your visitors in the visitor section of the online parking desk. The advantage is that you pay by the minute. You pay for the time your visitors park and at a lower rate.

Top up your parking credit

Before using the app for the first time, you must top up your parking credit. You can do this in the menu by tapping the three lines in the top left corner of the screen and selecting 'Top up'.

Registering and signing out visitors

  1. Go to the visitor regulations the counter.
  2. Log in with your registration code and PIN.
  3. Enter your visitor's license plate number and the time of their visit.
  4. The system automatically enters a visit duration of 2 hours. You can change this if you wish.
  5. You can also cancel the visit if it leaves earlier. That way, you won't pay too much.

If you do not have DigiD or iDeal: Then you can make a Make an appointment at our public counter. Bring proof of identity and your BSN number. After filling out a form, we will email you the information to log in and apply. If you have difficulty with digital but have a smartphone, DigiD and iDeal, the Service Point at your library can help you with your application.

Costs

€0.40 per visitor per hour.
You can deposit funds into your account in advance to pay for visitor parking.

Visitor parking is free at the Eikenderveld trial site.

Description

You do not need to have a car or a parking permit to visitor regulations . You can purchase a maximum of 96 parking hours per quarter. You can also allow multiple visitors to park at the same time.

Informal care and powers of attorney

Do you require informal care? If so, you can request 96 additional hours per quarter at the service desk. These additional hours for informal care can be requested in the same way as visitor parking. You will need proof of WMO informal care for this. You may authorize someone else to arrange this for you.

Scratch cards

You may still use the scratch cards. You will not receive a refund for any unused scratch cards. Do not purchase more scratch cards than you need.

Term

Visitor parking starts immediately after registration. The moment you sign out your visitor, visitor parking stops.
When you register, the system defaults to two hours of parking. You can adjust this yourself. If your visitor leaves earlier, you can sign them out online at the counter.

Visitor parking in Eikenderveld is free during the trial period. If your visit lasts longer than two hours, please re-register your visit.
