In other neighborhoods, you always need one. These are the neighborhoods where the Parkstad Act (Wbmgp) applies. The municipality of Heerlen wants to improve its neighborhoods. We want a diverse population to live in these neighborhoods. This will create open and diverse neighborhoods with great opportunities. The Parkstad Act helps us achieve this. We carefully consider who is eligible for housing there. People looking for housing can only rent a home with a housing permit.
