Registration Annual Fair booth

The market season opens each year in April with D'r Joarmaat. The next annual market is on Saturday, April 19, 2025 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. in downtown Heerlen. It is a large, atmospheric market that brings vendors from all over to Heerlen to sell their wares.

Rates 2025:

The cost for an annual fair booth space is:

  • Non-food: €60 per rental stall of 4 metres wide and 2.5 metres deep (including stall rental).
  • Own stall material: €13 per linear meter for non-food.
  • Own maternity material: € 18.50 per linear meter for food.
  • Stall workers: €60 for a 3-metre wide stand.

Other rates:

  • Book market € 18.00 per rental stall of 4 meters wide and 2.5 meters deep.
  • Curio market and antique market: €28 per standard stall of 4 metres wide and 2.5 metres deep.
  • Health market € 18.00 per rental stall of 4 meters wide and 2.5 meters deep.
  • Non-profit stalls (including charities and associations) €18.00 per rental stall of 4 metres wide and 2.5 metres deep.
  • Specialty market: €33 per rental stall.

You will receive a bill from the municipality.

Description

What to expect. Stallholders, books, music, flowers and plants, curiosities, Limburg regional products and much more. More than 400 market stalls will be on the Bongerd, Promenade, Honigmanstraat, Dautzenbergstraat and Pancratiuspleinen. There is music, atmosphere and conviviality everywhere.

During d'r Heelesje Joarmaat is a big street musician festival. For this festival we are looking for participants. For this you can register two months in advance via marktbeheer@heerlen.nl. Every participant will receive a voucher for a drink and snack at the fair.
