The thrift store sells these items again. Rd4 will pick up the items from your home free of charge.

Approach

  • Schedule a pickup appointment yourself at MijnRd4.
  • Call the Rd4 Service Point.
  • Take the items to one of the Rd4 raw materials parks. There are special containers there for reusable goods. The contents are collected daily by employees of the thrift stores.
  • Take the items to one of the thrift stores.

Description

You can take items you no longer use to the thrift store. These could be things like furniture or electrical appliances. The thrift store will resell these items, ensuring that your belongings are reused.

Rd4 only takes reusable goods. This means items that are still in good condition and can be used. They must not be broken or worn out. 

Requirements

  • Recycled goods must be in good condition.
  • You must be at home when the RD4 comes to collect the items.
  • You are not allowed to put the items on the street.
  • All items must be ready on the ground floor (except for addresses with an elevator).
