Approach
This is how you report a sewer complaint to the municipality:
- You contact the municipality by phone or make a report.
- You provide:
- your name and address
- What kind of complaint it is (clogging, stench or subsidence)
- how long you have had the complaint
- Whether your neighbors have the same complaint
- any photos and construction drawings
- any investigation or statement from a company that investigated your complaint
Is the municipality responsible for the reported complaint? Then we will contact you and ensure that the sewer is repaired as soon as possible.
Is your home connection clogged? Then you may use the unclogging scheme. A specialized company will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment.
