Temporary parking waiver
Want to load, unload or (re)build in a car-free zone, parking permit area or blue zone? Ask the municipality for a waiver.
Approach
Complete the application form and indicate:
- Where you want to load/unload the vehicle.
- When you want to load/unload the vehicle there.
- What time you want to load/unload the vehicle there.
- Why you need to load/unload there: therefore, attach a work order or other document to show why you need to be here.
Cost
The cost of an exemption is from €18.50 per vehicle
Description
If you do need to be in a car-free zone, parking permit area or blue zone with your vehicle, you can apply for a waiver.
Terms
The prerequisite for applying for a waiver is that you have a valid vehicle registration certificate.
Term
Apply for the waiver at least 2 weeks in advance. We need this time to prepare your application.
The municipality decides within 8 weeks of receiving your application. The municipality may extend this deadline once.
Objection and appeal
You can object to the decision of the municipality. After that, do you disagree with the decision on your objection? Then you can appeal to the court.
