Notification or permit for organizing an event
Would you like to organize a neighborhood party, street party, flea market, or other event? Then you must report this or apply for a permit. For larger events, you must also give advance notice. Your date and location will then be reserved in the events calendar. Events listed in the events calendar may take precedence over other events.

Starting January 1, we will be switching to a new application system called EventLoket. Do you have an event that will take place after March 1, 2026? If so, please wait until after January 1 to submit your application in the new system. The link to this new system will be available on our website after January 1.
Approach
You can report a small event online to the municipality up to 4 weeks before the event.
Is your event medium to large in size? Then enter the date and location of your event on the events calendar no later than October 1 prior to the event year. You can do this by selecting an advance announcement for your event online. Please note: You are only confirming the date and location at this stage. You will still need to submit the official permit application afterwards!
You can log in again later for the permit application. You will then receive a list of questions. We ask these questions to assess the risks of an event. We request advice from the emergency services.
Have you applied before? Then use your existing login information. You can then make the new application immediately.
