Notification or permit organizing event
Do you want to organize a neighborhood festival, street party, flea market or other event? Then you must report it or apply for a permit from the municipality. For larger events, you must also make a prior announcement (before November 1). Your date and location are then already reserved in the events calendar. Events on the events calendar may take precedence over other events.
Approach
You can report a small event online to the municipality up to 4 weeks before the event.
Is your event medium to large? Then put the date and location of your event on the event calendar no later than November 1 prior to the event year. You do this by choosing online to make a preliminary announcement of your event. Note: You then only record the date and location. You still need to do the official permit application afterwards!
You can log in again later for the permit application. You will then receive a list of questions. We ask these questions to assess the risks of an event. We request advice from the emergency services.
Have you applied before? Then use your existing login information. You can then make the new application immediately.
