Parking of large vehicles

If you want to park a large vehicle on the roadside, you must adhere to a number of general rules. These rules are intended to prevent or limit nuisance to the surrounding area as much as possible.

However, when performing work (requiring a vehicle), large vehicles may temporarily park on the road.

You may park large vehicles at the locations listed below.

• De Beitel industrial area 
• De Koumen industrial area
• Industrial Street
• Parking lot at the Kaldeborn sports complex
• Parking lot at Varenbeuk sports hall
• Parking lot at Terveurdt sports hall (In de Biessen)
• Emma trading area
• Unolaan
• Green Collar 
• Coriovallum Street (t.h.v. the Thermes) : Temporarily closed due to renovation work.

The Requirements parking a large vehicle along the road are:

• your vehicle does not occupy a parking space for too long
• your vehicle does not obstruct the view of local residents
• Your vehicle is not defective.
