    You may ask the municipality for information about policies or from documents. This is governed by the Open Government Act. Anyone can ask for information.

    Has an employee of the municipality not treated you well? File a complaint with the municipality.

  • Requesting compensation from the municipality

    If you are harmed by the municipality, you can hold the municipality liable. Apply for compensation from the municipality.

  • Submit opinion

    Do you disagree with a plan or decision made by the municipality? If so, you can submit your opinion. You can send your opinion by mail or convey it verbally.
